As the daughters, granddaughters, sisters, nieces, friends and supporters of women diagnosed with breast cancer our active support of the Mater Breast Care Unit and the wider Mater community brings social conscience to our demographic, whilst informing and educating chicks about breast cancer awareness.
Every day chicks in pink, with help from our corporate partners, help Brissie breast cancer patients at the Mater Breast Care Unit. Whether it be with psychological support, counseling services for patients and their families or the investment in equipment to improve breast cancer treatment, the thinking chicks charity aim to fund and support a unique model of care found exclusively at the Mater Breast Care Unit. Just as we have grown over the last 4 years so to have the opportunities to improve the lives of all women with breast cancer at Mater. In a nutshell this means thanks to the support of like minded partners we have raised big dollars and are keen to spread them around!
